Welcome
About
As a senior software developer with a strong results-oriented and pragmatic mindset, I challenge your projects to design professional, robust and sustainable solutions.
Accustomed to designing, evolving and maintaining complex software solutions (including ERP systems), I pay particular attention to software architecture and the overall consistency of every solution.
Having extensive technical expertise and a strong background in software architecture, I always strive to keep business needs at the forefront. Understanding the project's context, environment and objectives is essential to delivering the most relevant and effective solution.
This dual perspective - combining business understanding with technical expertise - is part of my DNA and enables me to build robust, high-performing and long-lasting solutions.

My approach to software development
I am a software developer. My first computer was a Spectravideo 318 with 16 KB of RAM. So, as you can imagine, So you can probably guess that I am no longer that young. It has also given me extensive experience, which today translates into a pragmatic mindset and a strong focus on delivering results.
From the very beginning, I have always looked for one guiding principle in both software development and development tools: sustainability. The technological choices I have made throughout my career have consistently been driven by the same objective: building solutions that stand the test of time. Technology is a means, not an end. You do not rewrite hundreds of thousands of lines of code every time a new technology comes along.
This philosophy often goes against what we read on social media today: Visual Studio is dead, C# is dead, ChatGPT is already dead... and software developers are probably dead too, replaced by AI agents 😉.
What drives me is finding the best technical compromise to achieve the desired outcome. That outcome is what users will ultimately see, how they will experience the solution, and how it will evolve to meet their changing expectations. Once again, this is at odds with current trends, which often focus first on development tools, patterns, syntax, and the latest programming techniques, before considering the final product. That is why I am not particularly fascinated by endless debates about replacing every occurrence of s.Substring(s.Length - 5, 5) with s[^5..]. It is elegant, it is fashionable, but it does not make the product any better.
So, what technologies do I use on a daily basis? Rather than simply listing them, I invite you to discover them through project stories about projects to which I devoted myself completely.
